Does the KLS fit my caravan?
The system is suitable for many models, but not for all of them. For a precise answer, please speak to our specialist staff directly or use the KLS configurator.
How is the system supplied with power?
Through the battery of the manoeuvring drive or an equivalent 12 V battery; separate batteries are not required.
How heavy is the system, and does it affect my payload?
The additional weight is about 8 kg, which has a minimal effect on the payload of your caravan.
Can I install the KLS myself, or does a workshop have to do it?
With a practical understanding of the work, retrofitting it yourself is possible in principle. However, we recommend installation by a workshop, and our partner businesses will carry this out properly.
Does the KLS level the caravan automatically in all directions?
In combination with the position sensor, levelling takes place in the longitudinal direction. In combination with a manoeuvring drive, levelling in all directions is possible.
Is there a warranty on the KLS?
The statutory warranty applies. For individual guarantee services, please speak to your KNOTT dealer.
