YOUR APPRENTICESHIP
AT KNOTT
Start your professional future in an internationally active family business that combines innovation, quality and long-term development.
Your start towards the future
The end of your school days is approaching and the first step into "real" life is coming closer? Then it is time to plan this new chapter of your life. It is open, exciting and offers great prospects.
Many of our employees began their careers with an apprenticeship at KNOTT. Today too we rely on our own young talent and train according to our needs. This creates long-term prospects, for skilled workers, specialists and future managers alike.
As an apprentice you are part of the team from the first day. You learn your profession not only from books but directly in practice. Experienced colleagues accompany you and are at your side with their knowledge. At the same time you get the freedom to contribute your own ideas and to develop step by step.
Alongside an apprenticeship, there is plenty to discover at KNOTT. As part of the team you are of course there at our staff events such as the summer party and the Christmas celebration. On top of that come attractive benefits such as a contribution towards your driving licence, participation in the Wellpass fitness programme and much more. For an overview, have a look at our benefits.
We train according to our needs. That means we create apprenticeship places where we also need skilled workers in the long term. With good performance there are therefore good chances of being taken on and of stepping straight into your professional future at KNOTT.
