KNOTT has been in family hands since 1937. A Bavarian company has become an internationally active manufacturer of brake and axle solutions. What has remained is the closeness to the people who make KNOTT what it is, and the ambition not just to administer things but to shape them ourselves.

With us, development, design and production are close together. Anyone who contributes a technical idea at KNOTT can see what comes of it, from the first concept to the finished solution. Our products are not abstract projects. They brake agricultural machinery in the field, construction machinery in use, and vehicles on roads and rails. Behind them are teams from development, production, sales and many other areas who work together to make this technology function.

Not everyone has to take the same path. Apprenticeship, career entry, a specialist career or management responsibility: at KNOTT, prospects arise above all where people want to take on responsibility and move something.
